Senior Architectural Coordinator ( LTA MRT Project )

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and to verify all interface details are carried out as per drawing plans.
• Plan, design and supervise the construction of infrastructure.
• Coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
• Carry out Architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, documentation and seeking Client’s approval
• Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
• Engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
• Works in tandem with Consultants, Sub-contractors as well as with other technical departments (Structural, M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors) on the design intent requirements and raise technical clarifications for smooth progress of work
• Resolve architectural related issues with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering
• Must have worked in LTA Projects in Singapore and completed at least ne LTA project would be an advantage.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work on alternate 6-day work week.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors and engineers
