JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Architectural Executive supports project delivery by leading technical documentation, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs and resolving project issues with minimal supervision. The role contributes to design development, oversees BIM/CAD outputs, ensures compliance with regulations and supports site execution. The Senior Architectural Executive acts as a key technical resource within project teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the development of detailed architectural drawings, technical documentation and BIM model management.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, M&E, specialist consultants and contractor information to ensure design consistency.
• Oversee statutory submissions, compliance checks and responses to regulatory authorities.
• Prepare detailed design and construction documentation including specifications, schedules and technical details.
• Conduct site coordination, attend inspections, and resolve technical issues in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions and method statements for compliance with design intent.
• Mentor junior staff in drafting standards, documentation workflows and BIM modelling.
• Support tender preparation, cost analysis inputs and documentation reviews.
• Ensure quality control by conducting drawing checks and identifying design conflicts.
• Contribute to sustainability, design innovation and technical optimisation efforts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture.
• 5–8 years of architectural experience with strong technical and documentation capabilities.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and other visualisation tools.
• Strong understanding of codes, regulations, tender processes and construction practices.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lead technical tasks independently.
• Experience in Singapore or UAE projects preferred.
