Senior Assistant Admin Executive (EIPIC - Upper Thomson)

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with parents of enrolled students, of monthly prog fee.
• Process monthly fee deductions of students through GIRO and non-GIRO payment
• Transport subsidy - follow up with parents who have their child on transport
• liaise with Transport vendor for their monthly submission of invoices, bus list
• monitor their subsidy entitlement and submit monthly report to stakeholder
• prepare for audits as called for by stakeholders
• Coverage of other job role, like Front Desk, when needed
• Work with other admin in centre on other administrative needs, facilities repairs & maintenance
• Compliance to Environmental Sanitation Regime(ESR) guidelines & regulation. To oversee the hygiene, cleanliness of the centre and the cleaner/s.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma Holder
• Motivated and dynamic individual who embodies the following qualities:

• Meticulous – detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
