Senior Assistant Admin Executive (EIPIC - Wellington Circle)

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with parents of enrolled students, of monthly prog fee.
• Process monthly fee deductions of students through GIRO and non-GIRO payment
• Means Test application - to submit new applications. Also to monitor existing Means Test which requires renewal.
• Put in application to SPED Sch
• to oversee the application of Assistive Technology Fund and delivery of the devices
• monitor their subsidy entitlement and submit monthly report to stakeholder
• prepare for audits as called for by stakeholders
• Coverage of other job role, like Front Desk, when needed
• Work with other admin in centre on other administrative needs, facilities repairs & maintenance
• admin support for activities, events, of the centre, and as required on an adhoc basis.
• Compliance to Environmental Sanitation Regime(ESR) guidelines & regulation. To oversee the hygiene, cleanliness of the centre and the cleaner/s.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma qualification
• Applicant is required to be an independent, meticulous, worker
• To demonstrate strong team spirit and be a good team player.
• Possess good communication skills - demonstrate empathy in communication, especially with parents and families.
• Computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Willing to learn new skills
