  • Oversee the full operational management of training delivery – including scheduling, logistics, resource planning, and on-site execution.

  • Supervise junior officers and interns, providing guidance and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence.

  • Lead cross-functional coordination with trainers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth programme delivery.

  • Manage crisis resolution and troubleshooting during programme execution.

•    Financial Planning & Budget Oversight

  • Prepare and oversee detailed programme budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-efficiency.

  • Track revenue targets and perform variance analysis to support Centre’s financial sustainability goals.

  • Liaise with Finance on invoicing, vendor payments, and grants or fund utilisation, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

•    Governance, Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all training activities comply with NTU’s policies, funding requirements, and relevant legal/regulatory frameworks.

  • Champion data protection and uphold PDPA and privacy regulations in all programme operations.

  • Implement and continually refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality consistency.
