(Senior) Assistant Manager, Staff Health, Wellness Centre and Population Health

Overview:

Reporting to the Section Head, Staff Health, Wellness Centre (SHWC) and Population Health, you will support the planning and operationalise initiatives such as:

• SHWC clinic workflow and services


• Population health initiatives

Job Responsibilities:

You will support the Section Head in the following areas:

• Support the appropriate right-siting of patients across community care settings, including the optimisation of workflows and data extraction, tracking and analysis.


• Support the scaling of telemedicine operations to increase service utilisation.


• Provide secretariat and other administrative support, including meeting coordination, timely minutes writing, stakeholder engagement, and follow-up on action items.


• Manage the day-to-day clinic operations, including procurement, the execution of clinic workflow improvement, resolving implementation challenges, data management and financial reporting.


• Monitor and drive clinic performance to ensure that key performance indicators are met, identifying and addressing gaps where necessary.


• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise business performance and service delivery including growing revenue and patient volume across the Staff Health clinic, Occupational Medicine, and Screening Centre. Drive marketing plans and efforts to increase patient volume and screening adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Prior experience in healthcare is preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience.


• Self-starter, independent, resourceful.


• Clear communication skills and logical thought processes.


• Good writing and analytic skills.


• Ability to implement initiatives effectively and efficiently.


• Excellent excel and PowerPoint skills.
