Senior Associate / Asst Finance Manager

An established PERE seeking for a Senior Associate / Asst Finance Manager to join their team focuses on Accounting & Reporting, and Statutory and Compliance. This role provides business partnering exposure, and travel opportunity across APAC.

• Review and analyze financial reporting packs prepared by outsourced service providers.
• Provide monthly profit and loss, as well as balance sheet analysis and commentaries.
• Manage timely month-end closing processes and reconciliations for revenue, expenses, accounts payable/receivable, and intercompany transactions..
• Handle full sets of financials for property and investment holding entities.
• Update cash flow and loan schedules; prepare loan repayments and related journal entries.
• Collaborate with business units, overseas counterparts, investors, and external parties (trustees, tax agents, etc.).
• Review quarterly GST returns and half-yearly forecasts
• Work closely with external auditors for annual audits and with tax agents for tax compliance matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a recognized professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA).
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, .interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
