Job Description - Senior Associate, Business Management Support, Consumer Banking Operations, Group COO

Business Function

Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Custodian of the Ops Management Tool, providing crucial insights into operations demand and resource allocation
Deliver data-driven insights for escalation and identification of opportunities for improvements
Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to drive operational efficiency
Maintain comprehensive parameter and access management for the MTK suite
Ensure accurate and timely data instrumentation and reporting
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on the effective utilization of the Ops Management Tool
Promptly address application fixes and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development, enhancement and upgrades of the Ops Management Tool

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
Proficient in the use of data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimization
