Job Description - Senior Associate, Business Management Support, Consumer Banking Operations, Group COO

Business Function

Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Custodian of the Ops Management Tool, providing crucial insights into operations demand and resource allocation
  • Deliver data-driven insights for escalation and identification of opportunities for improvements
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to drive operational efficiency
  • Maintain comprehensive parameter and access management for the MTK suite
  • Ensure accurate and timely data instrumentation and reporting
  • Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on the effective utilization of the Ops Management Tool
  • Promptly address application fixes and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development, enhancement and upgrades of the Ops Management Tool
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
  • Proficient in the use of data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimization
