Senior Associate Compliance, Global Asset management

Our client is a leading global asset management firm seeking a Compliance Senior Associate in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Asia Compliance, you will support the firm’s global compliance programme with a primary focus on Singapore MAS requirements and selected regional matters.

Responsibilities include monitoring license conditions and ongoing obligations; advising on regulatory topics, business initiatives and APAC cross‑border marketing; reviewing marketing and client communications; managing fund filings/registrations; enhancing policies, procedures and controls; delivering compliance training; overseeing employee monitoring (personal trading, gifts/entertainment, outside business activities, conflicts); compiling compliance metrics and reports; supporting AML/CFT requirements; and assisting with corporate governance/board coordination.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years’ relevant experience in asset management/private equity, strong MAS regulatory knowledge, excellent English communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with senior stakeholders across regions.
