Senior Associate, Digital Assets Custody Operations

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, to join our Digital Asset Custody Operations team. This role is located in Singapore and would be an in-office position with hybrid potential. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Working with digital assets such as bitcoin and overseeing client processing to ensure transactions for institutional clients are handled correctly and timely. Participate in the day-to-day processing of Digital Asset Operations covering the full transaction lifecycle, including monitoring network health, transaction monitoring, exception management, client query resolution and KYT. Perform real-time monitoring of Blockchain health to identify critical events and assists in the execution of critical event runbooks. Participates in review of these processes and frequent drills on required actions. Perform transaction monitoring for unprocessed instructions and reviews required investigation and resolution processes. Identifying areas requiring analysis of operations and resolution for more efficient operations Ensure performance and quality of key controls, including review of transactions for potential AML concerns, adherence to Travel Rule regulation and ahead of Settlement and monitoring of reconciliation exceptions between BNY systems and the Blockchain. Liaises with Compliance and Legal as needed. Interact with clients to resolve queries. Works with internal partners including Technology, risk and control management teams, audit and product management. Part of the global team providing 24/7 coverage, note this role involves occasional coverage of weekend days. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 4-6 years of total work experience is preferred. Experience in brokerage processing is preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business. Operations background with prior experience with settlements, risk/control, reconciliations or digital assets (bitcoin, blockchain and Crypto asset etc.) preferred Ability to adapt to new technological systems and software At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
