Senior Associate (Facilities) (5 Days East Class 3 Driving License) [DAPH] - Fast Hire

Our client manages the development of projects for Airports - responsible for the core functions of passenger terminal design, capacity planning, and the development of major airport infrastructure. They also manage the operations, maintenance and improvement of airport infrastructure, specialised systems and terminal facilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring assigned maintenance activities by specialist and term contractors are carried out in a timely manner.
• Managing and liaising with internal and external stakeholders like tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
• Managing assigned A&A and minor repair works.
• Coming up with and supporting initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of facilities management operations.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Estate or Facility Management, Real Estate, Property Development, Engineering or equivalent
• Class 3 Driving License
• Good interpersonal, project and stakeholder management, communication skills with a positive and growth mindset.
• Experience in managing hard and/or soft facilities management activities, contractors and stakeholders.
• 3-5 years of IFM experience.
