Job Description - Senior / Associate, Health Information Management Services - Competitive Pay

You will be responsible for the maintenance and control of medical records. This includes proper filing, accurate tracking as well as prompt retrieval and delivery of medical records. You will support the imaging team in scanning, indexing and ensuring quality control of the scanned medical records. In addition, you will participate in quality improvement activities and be involved with other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

GCE ‘N’ level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in registry and records management is preferred
Excellent team player who is able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Highly meticulous with strong organisational skills
Able to commit to rotating shift hours (morning / afternoon)
