A fast-growing investment platform in the private markets space is seeking a Senior Associate, Investor Relations to join its team. The firm focuses on expanding access to private equity through innovative investment solutions, serving both institutional and high-net-worth investors. This role offers strong exposure to investor relations, fundraising, and product management, and is well suited for someone who is commercially aware, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day investor relations activities, including servicing, reporting, investor queries, data room management, and CRM upkeep
Drive investor engagement initiatives, including meetings, roadshows, and industry events
Support and coordinate product launches and lifecycle management, including positioning and collateral development
Partner with senior stakeholders and sales teams on fundraising efforts and investor communications
Assist with customised client solutions, including proposal structuring and cross-team coordination
Contribute to branding and communications initiatives
Work closely across functions, gaining exposure to broader areas of the business
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in private markets, asset management, private banking, fintech platforms, or related investment roles
Strong understanding of private equity and investment concepts (deep financial modelling not required, but ability to clearly articulate investment ideas to clients is essential)
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional, client-facing responses (significant portion of the role involves written investor communication)
Client-focused, with a service-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
Confident communicator who is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable engaging internal stakeholders to drive outcomes
Strong work ethic, initiative, and willingness to take ownership of executional workstreams
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent spoken and written English; Chinese is a plus for supporting regional clients
Familiarity with design/content tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is beneficial but not essential
Ideal Profile
Background in private equity, multi-asset platforms, private banking (product side), or fintech investment platforms
Brings a balanced mix of technical understanding and strong client communication skills
Team player who is hands-on, grounded, and motivated to support both investment and sales teams effectively
