Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the Banking and Retail Operations team within the Cash Services department, overseeing day-to-day operations in a secure environment. The role ensures the timely and reliable delivery of cash processing services to banking and retail customers while upholding high standards of service, control, and operational efficiency.

• Lead and develop a team of cash management officers in a fast-paced operations environment.

• Drive operational excellence by ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and regulations.

• Collaborate with IT and Engineering teams on digital systems and automation.

• Support the development and implementation of operational and compliance procedures.

• Drive process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Deliver quality service outcomes for leading banking and retail customers.

Skills & Experience

• Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

• Prior leadership experience is an advantage.

• Able to manage a diverse workforce across different backgrounds and qualification levels.

• Good understanding of Singapore WSH and labour regulations.

• Strong command of professional English.

• Proficiency in MS Excel or Python for data analysis will be an advantage.

• Experience in industrial automation or IT project delivery will be an advantage.
