Job Description - Senior Associate Talent Acquisition


Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition, Singapore


We are representing a genuine dynamic company that is a pioneer and industry leading global investor, with over 20 years of experience originating, structuring, and actively managing global infrastructure investments.


They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, based in Singapore, to play a vital role in shaping the operations and recruitment strategy within their global Talent Acquisition team. You will provide crucial full cycle recruitment support across Investments and non-investments within Europe & Asia


Valued for your strong specialism within financial services or investments, you will play an integral role in all their recruitment across a diverse set of roles, shaping the end to end recruitment experience, working closely with the hiring leaders advising on talent strategies and diverse talent.


You will be responsible for facilitating a “best in class” recruitment experience for candidates and your stakeholders. Working with the Talent Lead you will partner with business leaders and their hiring managers, striking the right balance between strategic partnering, acting as a trusted advisor and operational excellence. You will help formulate hiring plans and sourcing strategies, track progress through the year against that plan, manage, execute and be responsible for all hiring approvals of internal, international transfers and external lateral hires.


You will a trusted advisor to the business and HR Business Partners, providing key partnership to the business and global stakeholders in order to proactively review and define the Diversity and Inclusion agenda and develop strategies to meet short and long term goals.

Requirements



 4+ years in-house recruitment experience, ideally within financial services or investments



Bachelor's degree or equivalent



Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced matrix environment
