Senior Associate/Assistant Manager, Public Outreach and Staff Engagement (CE PMO)

As part of the Public Outreach & Staff Engagement team within the Changi East Programme Management Office, you will play a key role in developing and executing integrated engagement and communications strategies, including public outreach campaigns and stakeholder engagement plans, to foster greater awareness, understanding and advocacy for the Changi East Programme, one of Singapore's largest infrastructure developments.

This role also involves engaging diverse stakeholder groups to understand their perspectives and supporting the alignment of views on complex issues to enable the successful delivery of the programme. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating initiatives and activities to strengthen employee engagement through various channels, including online publications and staff events.

Requirements:

• Good degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.


• 3 to 6 years of experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, public outreach, employee engagement or project management is advantageous.


• Fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience are also welcome to apply.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and with an interest in project management.


• Self-motivated, resourceful and a strong team player who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders to generate ideas and solutions.


• Proficient in common IT software and willing to explore and learn new mediums and platforms for effective communication.  


• This is a 3-year contract position.


• The successful candidate will be offered a position commensurate with their qualifications and relevant work experience.
