Business Function

Global Transaction Services (GTS) is a product division within DBS' Institutional Banking Group (IBG). GTS is focused on the development and deployment of Cash Management (including collections, payments, liquidity management and transactional FX solutions), Documentary and Open Account Trade Finance, and Securities & Fiduciary products to the Bank's IBG client base.

GTS aspires to be recognized by clients and competitors as one of the top providers in DBS' key markets, gaining market share through an ongoing process of efficiently matching clients' changing business requirements with established and emerging product capabilities, and seamlessly onboarding clients onto these services. In GTS Securities & Fiduciary Services, Client Management & Implementation, you will be part of a team that provides sales and services to financial institutions, corporations, and SME customers.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytically-minded Communications & Business Management Specialist to join the IBG Digital Channels team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a team that delivers a world-class digital banking experience for corporate and SME customers across 7 markets. Contribute to strategic business initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in digital transformation and multi-market operations.

Communications Strategy & Delivery

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital channels communication strategies to drive user adoption and engagement
• Lead multi-channel communication initiatives, coordinating efforts across email, social media, in-app messaging and other digital touchpoints
• Build messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across channels and resonance with customers
• Create internal communications material to drive awareness and understanding of digital initiatives
• Analyse communication performance metrics and optimise strategies based on data-driven insights

Strategic Business Support

• Support the development and implementation of comprehensive business strategies for digital channels across regional markets
• Work with key stakeholders across the bank, such as product, marketing, tech and COO to understand key business imperatives and assist in rollout of strategic programmes to ensure seamless implementation
• Collaborate with data analytics to support the development and optimisation of dashboards for accurate and timely business reporting
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and strategic initiative progress across all markets
• Embrace a growth mindset, recommend business management practices adopting new technologies e.g. Generative AI

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent, in business administration, communications, marketing, finance, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in business analysis, digital marketing, or strategic planning
• Experience with digital channels, analytic tools, marketing and customer communications
• Experience in planning and executing strategic initiatives to drive business goals
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, collaboration and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
