A world empowered by autonomy. We build robotic vehicles to improve logistics safety, forge a greener Earth, and enhance human lives.

We are a closely-knit team aspiring to change the world through disruptive technology. We are innovators. We are tinkerers. We are problem-solvers. And we have a fair amount of magic dust up our sleeves. We have a plan for fleet-level deployment of autonomous vehicles, and we are looking for the best-of-the-best to join us in making this a reality.

About Venti Technologies

Using rigorous mathematics, deep learning, and theoretically-grounded algorithms, Venti has a proprietary collection of autonomy technologies including a suite of powerful logistics algorithms. Venti’s proven value proposition of saving costs, increasing vehicle utilization, and improving safety is recognized by customers and driving growth. Launched in 2018, Venti brings together an unsurpassed team internationally. The company has autonomous systems deployed in Asia for industrial and logistics sites and a growing pipeline. Venti has offices in Cambridge (Massachusetts, USA), Suzhou (China), and Singapore – our Asian headquarters.

The Senior System Integration Engineer will work, as part of our cross-functional and world-class engineering team, leading the integration and validation efforts for Venti’s autonomy kit and autonomous vehicles.

  • Lead FMEA and other root cause analysis efforts for process and product improvements. Establish on-field monitoring programmes for new hardware features and root cause analysis for any hardware issues related to environmental, process or production causes.

  • Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables. Evaluate and manage vendor performance for long term partnerships.

  • Establish and maintain QA standards across production lines. Lead PFMEA reviews and corrective action plans for defect prevention.

  • Oversee the management of workshops and ensure adherence to principles such as 5S and Six Sigma. Ensure all production processes comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.

  • Work closely with R&D, design and engineering teams on new product introduction or and scaling production for new designs. Provide feedback on reliability, manufacturability and cost-effectiveness during design phases.

  • Manage production budgets and ensure cost effective operations without compromising quality.

Required Experience

  • 4 to 6 years experience in a Robotics / Production / Manufacturing environment.

  • Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, techniques, and materials.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical engineering principles.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems.
