As a Senior Building Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Inspection of buidling to make sure it is in good and usable shape. If not, any necessary corrections or suggestions are made to the management.
• Work functions could involve construction faults and repairs, cleaning, landscaping, trash management, irrigation, lifting, car park, and security management in addition to supervising fire and safety issues.
• Regulate and oversee the use of the building's shared amenities and facilities.
• Ensure that term contractors perform routine maintenance on building components in accordance with the work schedule and scope.
• Make routine checks to make sure the building is in good shape, paying attention to details like cleaning, parking, signage, etc. 
• Make recommendations to management and follow up with corrections.Assist the M&E team in scheduling any necessary testing or inspections to be done while the unit is being fitted out and put back together.
• Serve as a member of the company's Emergency Response Team (CERT) during the development
• Controlling the Budget and Getting Ready for Capital and Operations

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree / Diploma in Building Management & Services, or equivalent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Relevant experience in commercial properties, including carrying out routine inspections, following up on tenants’ complaints, arranging of repair and maintenance work
