Senior Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our client’s technology team, supporting enhancement and integration projects across mission-critical enterprise systems. This role suits someone who’s hands-on, structured, and able to operate confidently in environments where system stability and precision truly matter.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and validation sessions with multiple business and IT stakeholders.
2. Analyse existing processes, dependencies, and legacy systems to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
3. Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development and testing teams.
4. Coordinate SIT and UAT activities, managing defect triage, sign-offs, and release readiness.
5. Oversee post-implementation review and production-support transitions to maintain uptime and service continuity.
6. Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure enhancements are delivered safely, accurately, and within regulatory and operational constraints.
7. Manage stakeholders across front, middle, and back-office functions, ensuring traceability and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

What we’re looking for:

1. 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise, banking, or financial-systems environments.
2. Proven track record supporting and enhancing critical applications with zero-tolerance for downtime.
3. Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience; capable of managing multiple priorities with clear communication and accountability.
4. Proficiency in requirements documentation, process mapping, and testing coordination.
5. Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
6. Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in structured, high-stakes delivery settings.
