Senior / Business Analyst, Decision Support Services (Finance) - Rewarding Work

You will be part of Finance, Decision Support Services Unit which supports multi-disciplinary and departments within the organization. You will support various billing/pricing systems used by the hospital, playing an important role in implementing national policy changes and hospital initiatives with an impact to patients’ bills.

Your job role will include but not be limited to the following:

1) System Enhancement & Projects

• Review business specifications, develop & execute test plan and user documentation to ensure timely & quality delivery of IT solutions
• Ensure user requirements are effectively and accurately communicated to IT representatives/vendors
• Identify and recommend new innovative functionalities and IT solutions to meet business objectives
• Plan and conduct feasibility studies and functional analysis of business requirements

2) Production Maintenance & Support:

• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of the hospital’s billing/pricing systems
• Manage production issues, communicate with users/stakeholders & ensure closure of production issues

3) Any other projects or tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

• Degree in any discipline
• Experience in a healthcare setting as well as knowledge to support SAP will be an advantage
• Candidates without experience but are committed and willing to learn are welcome to apply
