Senior Business Analyst - Urgent Hire

Our client, a global leader in its field of healthcare is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Global Sales & Marketing team. This opportunity will be based in Singapore and will be working closely with internal stakeholders such as the CEO, Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams.

Your day-to-day job looks like:

• Lead financial and market analysis for global sales and marketing.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Oversee business strategy development and execution.
• Provide analytical support and sales forecasts.
• Drive program governance and financial controls within the commercial organization.

To be successful in the role, you should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or finance-related field, post-graduate finance qualifications is plus
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years experience in supporting sales, marketing, or manufacturing functions
• Excellent analytical skills, capable of deriving actionable insights from large datasets
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Effective communication, collaboration, and persuasion skills, with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
