Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development Manager in managing customer projects from enquiry to successful commercialisation.
• Coordinate the complete order fulfilment process, including quotation, order confirmation, production scheduling, delivery and after-sales support.
• Liaise closely with R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing and Logistics teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify customer needs and support business growth through cross-selling and repeat orders.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and other business documentation.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records.
• Coordinate customer visits, factory tours and business meetings.
• Perform other business development and customer support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales Support, Customer Success or Project Coordination.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisational and execution abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to support communication with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers and business partners.
• Experience in OEM/ODM manufacturing, healthcare products, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, FMCG or international trade will be an advantage.
