About the job
We are partnering with a fast-growing insurance company that specialises in Employee Benefits solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking and referrals to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, HR teams and key decision-makers.
Assess clients' employee benefits needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, tenders and RFP submissions.
Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive coverage, premiums and policy terms.
Manage new client onboarding, insurance placement and employee benefits communication sessions.
Support claims escalations, client servicing and cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to enhance clients' benefits programmes.

Requirements

Minimally Diploma in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related discipline preferred.
Good understanding of Employee Benefits products and insurance solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
Relevant Singapore College of Insurance (SCI) qualifications.
