Job Description - Senior Business Intelligence Manager, Business Efficiency

What You’ll Be Doing

Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative data related to ROI
- Utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to assess business efficiency.

Financial Modeling:
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies to influence decision-making.

Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations outlining analysis results, trends, and insights for stakeholders.
- Regularly present findings to management and provide actionable recommendations.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to gather relevant data and insights.
- Collaborate with project managers to evaluate the impact of initiatives on business performance.

Incentive plan building and optimization:
- Work with cross team to build and optimize internal incentive plan to support business management.

What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or ROI assessment.

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL) and financial modeling software.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking and cross-team collaboration.
