Mingdao Growth Partners connects UHNW investors and family offices in Asia with Luxembourg-based investment funds. Mingdao acts solely as an introducer. We do not advise, distribute, or manage funds. We operate exclusively as an independent intermediary, facilitating high-quality introductions between investors and funds.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Introducer based in Singapore to expand our network and facilitate high-level introductions between decision-making investors and our partner funds. This is an independent, performance-based role , rewarding results and alignment with Mingdao’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and pre-qualify investors : Identify UHNWIs, family offices, and institutional clients in Asia. Assess their profile, investment strategy, and interest in Luxembourg-based opportunities.
• Facilitate strategic introductions : Organize and coordinate meetings with partner funds, ensuring each introduction is relevant, professional, and compliant.
• Maintain long-term relationships : Build trust with investors and funds, track engagement, and anticipate future opportunities to ensure sustainable collaboration.
• Analyze and report market insights : Provide feedback on investor trends, market developments, and opportunities to inform Mingdao’s strategy.
• Advisory on positioning (non-financial) : Help funds present their offerings effectively to Asian investors, strictly within an introducer framework (without providing financial, legal, or investment advice).
• Professionalism and discretion : Ensure the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Network development : Continuously grow your network of relevant investors, cultivating existing relationships and identifying new connections.

Requirements

• 10+ years in private banking, family office advisory, or investor relations.
• Proven network of UHNW investors in Singapore and Asia.
• Previous experience as Private Banker, Relationship Manager UHNW, Family Office Advisor, or Investor Relations / Institutional Sales.
• Fluent in English and at least one local language (Mandarin or relevant).
• Impeccable integrity and professional reputation.
• Comfortable with a performance-based remuneration model (success fees only; retainer possible after initial results).
