Job Description - Senior Business Process Specialist

Our client is a global travel retailer, distributor and duty free operator. We are currently collaborating with them to recruit for a Senior Business Process Specialist to join their regional team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

As a member of the regional team, you will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration, process mapping, project management, and providing support to stakeholders within the Asia Pacific region. This role is pivotal in enhancing the business operations through process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement. As the Senior Business Process Specialist, you will

drive process simplification, standardization, and improvement through cross-functional collaboration, and maintain the quality of process deliverables in a centralized repository.

conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define customer needs and continuously improve processes.

support people manager to ensure effective project oversight, documentation, and testing to support stakeholders and maintain project quality.

provide first-level support to users within the Asia Pacific region for systems-related functionalities (Purchasing, Sales, Finance).

manage tickets for quality, performance, maintainability, and scalability through the Omni Tracker tool.

work with Learning and Development (L&D) in training and provide training manual updates.

Requirements

a Degree in Business, Supply chain, or any related discipline with five years of practical experience of and working knowledge of SAP ERP (SD, MM).

knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) tools and proficiency in using SAP system and Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and Teams.

ability to understand and work with technical concepts and creatively apply these concepts to process innovation and business efficiency to address business requirements and decisions made using data.

strong analytical abilities, critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude, combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.

a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
