Senior CAD Drafter

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior CAD Drafter to lead and oversee the creation of layouts and technical drawings for luxury events, exhibitions, pop-up activations, and experiential events.

We welcome talented candidates with fresh ideas to join our team in producing event and exhibition scenography that makes a real impact. You will work closely with our creative team, production team, and contractors to ensure accurate execution of layouts, structures, and submissions.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Create detailed AutoCAD drawings including spatial planning, floor plans, elevations, sections, technical schematics, and fabrication drawings to exact specifications.

• Work closely with internal design, production and project teams for cross-department collaboration.

• Lead the preparation of comprehensive CAD drawing packages for submission, production, and build execution.

• Review and optimize creative concepts for structural feasibility, build efficiency, and compliance.

• Conduct site inspections and technical recce visits; ensure accurate documentation of venue conditions and constraints.

• Advise on materials, finishes, structural systems, and technical solutions that align with luxury brand expectations.

• Develop and maintain AutoCAD libraries, drawing templates, and technical standards for luxury projects

CRITERIA

• Diploma / Degree qualification in exhibitions and interior design or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on technical design experience in luxury events, retail pop-ups, and exhibitions or premium brand activations

• Expert level proficiency in AutoCAD

• Strong space planning and technical detailing skills

• Good understanding of event production workflows, construction methods, and AV integration

• Effective communication and team collaboration skills

• Competent written and spoken English, Chinese language skills preferred

• Familiarity or passion for luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or FMCG industries

• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines; resilient, reliable, and a positive team player
