Senior Clinical Service Planning Manager - Immediate Start

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic and Clinical Planning: Assist the hospital Chairman and Medical Board with strategic and clinical planning, including Horizon Scanning, SWOT Analysis, and developing new care models and patient journeys.
• Initiative Implementation: Collaborate with clinical leaders to implement strategic initiatives and key focus areas.
• Patient Safety and Operations: Lead patient safety planning and optimize hospital operations and patient flow.
• Clinical Governance: Establish and monitor clinical governance frameworks, ensuring accountability, patient safety, and clinical quality.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with MOH licensing requirements and oversee the licensing process.
• Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement and assurance frameworks, and enhance hospital capabilities in these areas.
• Credentialing and Training: Coordinate credentialing of clinical privileges and support clinician training and quality activities.
• Cross-Cluster Coordination: Work with other Medical Affairs divisions on QI and patient safety, and prepare presentations for committees.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Healthcare, Business Management, or STEM preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in secretariat and project coordination.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of hospital operations and clinical processes.
• Expertise in quality improvement tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
• Positive attitude, motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
