Job Description & Requirements

 Key Responsibilities:

Deliver gymnastics training sessions for recreational and competitive athletes

Teach and refine gymnastics techniques, routines, strength, flexibility, and conditioning

Prepare athletes for competitions, assessments, and performances

Monitor athlete progress and provide regular feedback to athletes and parents

Ensure safety standards, spotting techniques, and equipment checks are consistently maintained

Mentor and supervise junior coaches and assistant coaches

Support talent identification and athlete development pathways

Maintain attendance records, athlete evaluations, and competition reports

Promote discipline, teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship

Assist with gymnastics events, showcases, camps, and club activities

Requirements:

Recognised gymnastics coaching certification(s)

Minimum 5 years of gymnastics coaching experience

Experience coaching recreational and/or competitive gymnasts

Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and athlete development

CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during competitions
