Senior Commercial Manager (Breakbulk & Project Logistics) - S$15,000

A leading regional logistics and maritime organisation is seeking a commercially driven Senior Commerical Manager to lead the growth of its breakbulk and project logistics business across Southeast Asia. This senior leadership role will focus on developing strategic partnerships, securing complex project cargo opportunities, and expanding regional market presence within the heavy-lift and project logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive commercial growth and business development for breakbulk and project logistics services across Southeast Asia.
• Identify and secure opportunities within infrastructure, energy, construction, industrial, and marine sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners, EPC contractors, freight forwarders,shipping lines, and logistics partners.
• Lead commercial proposals, tender submissions, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee project cargo planning involving heavy-lift, out-of-gauge, and complex logistics movements.
• Collaborate closely with operation steams to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Develop regional trade lanes, logistics solutions, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead and mentor commercial teams while driving revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming regional project opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in breakbulk, project logistics, heavy-lift, marine transportation, or regional logistics management.
• Strong commercial background with proven project cargo business development experience.
• Established network within shipping, EPC, freight forwarding, port operations, and project logistics sectors.
• Strong understanding of heavy-lift operations, marine logistics, inland transportation, customs, and project execution.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive regional business expansion.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Southeast Asia.
