Senior Construction Broker

Our client, a leading global insurance broker is looking for an experienced insurance professional to join its growing team in Singapore.

This role will focus on supporting construction and infrastructure clients, providing insurance advice, managing client relationships, and arranging insurance programmes for large projects and corporate risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Managea portfolio of construction and infrastructure clients.
• Understand clients' insurance needs and provide suitable risk solutions.
• Arrange and manage insurance programmes across Construction All Risks (CAR), Liability,Property, Professional Indemnity, and other commercial lines.
• Advise clients on contractual insurance requirements and risk management matters.
• Review claims experience and identify opportunities for risk improvement.
• Coordinate policy renewals, administration, invoicing, and premium collection.
• Work closely with regional and international teams on multinational accounts.
• Support business development and identify opportunities within existing client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum10 years of experience within the insurance industry.
• Experience handling construction, engineering, infrastructure, or large corporate insurance accounts.
• Knowledge of Construction All Risks (CAR), Liability, and related construction insurance products.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving skills.
• ACII or other insurance qualifications would be an advantage.

Candidates with slightly less experience maybe considered for less junior role
