Role
This role provides the right candidate with real-world exposure to advanced cybersecurity software, strategic advisory work, and high-impact client engagements. Similarly, you are expected to face demanding but reasonable Cybersecurity practitioners to enjoy a sense of achievement while learning on-the-job.
This position encompasses both pre-sales support and post-sales consultancy and implementation leading activities. You are also expected to be involved in developing new products or solutions that keep the company abreast of competitions.
The role may involve leading full implementation projects, developing service offering, architect solution, based on business needs and individual capability. Candidates with substantial experience may be considered for Principal designation, where they will be expected to mentor junior team members and oversee solution delivery to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction. The qualified candidate can expect to enjoy project-sharing scheme, after a year-long performance appraisal.
This role is a key part of our senior Consulting team, contributing to the consistent provision of high-quality outcomes and serving as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Background
We are seeking a committed and adaptable Cybersecurity professional to join our team in a dynamic and evolving role. The ideal candidate is either an experienced Security Engineer or Consultant, or a seasoned Information Technology (IT) professional dealing with multiple global Cybersecurity software, looking to deepen their exposure to cybersecurity practices. Candidates should possess at least six years of hands-on experience in either the IT or cybersecurity domain.
Experience in implementing, operating, and advising on cybersecurity solutions is crucial in performing the Senior Consultant duties. Applicants with more extensive experience may be considered for the Principal designation, with responsibilities that include conducting advisory workshops and performing risk assessments for key clients.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude and strong analytical troubleshooting capabilities. Given the emerging nature of the security technologies we work with, the role requires a willingness to learn and adapt to new products within a compressed timeframe.
Due to current regulatory requirements set by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), we are only able to consider applications from Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents. This position is based in Singapore.
Qualification
1. Singaporean or Permanent Resident Only
2. At least six years’ experience in Cyber Security solution with some years of implementation experience in Cyber security projects OR eight years of experience in IT industry with good hands-on of installation/configuration of software products
3. Candidate with prior experience in the following products are preferred:
a. Symantec/Trellix/Skyhigh/Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution
b. IBM Qradar/RSA Netwitness/Splunk or Wazuh type of Security Information Event Management (SIEM) solution
c. Carbon Black EDR or equivalent
d. Securiti Data Privacy Automation, Data Security Posture Management
e. NIDS/NIPS or Suricata equivalent technology
4. Some experience with Cloud such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure administration would be advantage though not crucial
5. Strong understanding of TCPIP, Internetworking, Firewalls, IDS and IPS
6. Some technical exposure in one or more of the following is preferred:
a. Conduct security assessment exercise
b. OS Administration: MS Windows, Linux, SUN Solaris, AIX or HP-UX
c. Technical experience in Microsoft or UNIX hardening will be an added advantage
d. Malware tracing and cleaning
7. Good interpersonal communication skill
8. Able to speak English fluently, and able to speaking additional language like Malay or Chinese is an advantage
9. Some experience in writing a solution proposal is preferred
10. Passionate about achieving customer satisfaction
11. Passionate about learning new technology, some experience in Agentic AI is preferred
12. Ability to pick up new technology with computer-based training within short-timeframe
13. Able to travel within South-East Asia
14. Industry Security Certification in CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent is an advantage though not necessary
15. Vendors’ product certification is an added advantage
16. Must be able to work without supervision
Duties
The expected duties of this role are as follow:
1) As a member of project team to
i) Conduct Assess and Design Workshop for customers,
ii) Assess the gaps of the security controls of organization
iii) Provide solutions to fix the gaps
iv) Support junior in fixing installation and configuration issues of the product in the project if required
v) Conduct SIT, UAT and OAT
vi) Conduct training
vii) Review documentation to achieve expected quality
ix) Provide leadership in handling auditors on Cybersecurity assessment
x) Provide guidance to associate who do the security operation services if necessary
2) As presales team to
i) Lead the proposal writeup
ii) Devise methodology or solution to address the identified gaps of customer’s environment
iii) Research solution if applicable
iv) Lead the presentation of proposal to customers
