Our client, a leading Japanese IT consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Consultant, SAP S/4 HANA (Japanese Speaking) to join their team for a project within the Trading Industry.

【 Responsibilities 】
- Participate in both business consulting and project management roles, demonstrating flexibility and expertise in both areas.
- Analyze and evaluate current business processes, identifying key issues and potential risks, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Design and recommend optimized business processes to enhance future operational efficiency.
- Accurately document business processes, ensuring clarity and high-quality standards.
- Lead discussions and workshops with clients, facilitating clear communication and alignment of business goals.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to spearhead and execute business improvement initiatives.

- Variable bonus (Depending on the Company & Individual performance) 
- Annual Leave: 15 days for Senior Consultant and below; 20 days for Associate Manager and above

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation, particularly with SD, MM, and FI modules.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Business Process Reengineering, including projects with or without system installations.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Japanese (Business Level/JLPT N1) to effectively engage with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with a client-focused approach and strong problem-solving abilities. 
- Confident in presenting and communicating with multinational clients.


- Experience in digital projects or technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, SuccessFactors, or Business Intelligence/Data Analytics.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the trading industry, preferably within a trading house or serving trading house clients.
- Proficiency in documenting business processes using tools like PowerPoint or Visio.
