Job Description - Senior Consultant, Standard Operation Procedure (For Banking Industry)

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, development, and execution of standardized Operating Procedure (OP) documentation across the APAC region.
Support the deployment of the new global core banking system in APAC offices by ensuring branch operational processes are aligned with the standardized package system while remaining compliant with Head Office operational guidelines.
Collaborate closely with Operations subject‑matter experts and APAC branches to develop, refine, and finalize procedure documents, incorporating feedback and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in top-tier or leading consulting firms with a focus on the banking industry projects, preferably with exposure to large‑scale transformation programs.
Solid Consultant skill: Logical Thinking, Issue Resolving, Communication, Facilitation in meeting and Documentation (using Microsoft excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good socialization skills, including physically remote members (located in different overseas offices)
Strong motivation to study and catch up of bank's various operations as BA.
Strong self-discipline and commitment to the project success.
Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams across APAC.
High responsibility, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
Strong capabilities in stakeholder communications, progress tracking, issue & risk management.
Strong documentation skills (Excel, PPT, other dashboard tools).
Expertise of Banking business and operations such as Trade Finance, Lending/Loan, Payment/Collection and Cash Management, Treasury and Market, Deposit, Accounting, etc is a plus.
Implementation experience and knowledge of Trade360, Oracle Flexcube, Murex, ACBS, Finastra GPP, Oracle ERP is a plus.
