Job Description - Senior Consultant, User Task Procedure (For Banking Industry)

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of standardized Operating Procedure (OP) documentation across the APAC region.
  • Support the deployment of the new global core banking system in APAC offices by ensuring branch operational processes are aligned with the standardized package system while remaining compliant with Head Office operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations subject‑matter experts and APAC branches to develop, refine, and finalize procedure documents, incorporating feedback and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a BA in banking industry.
  •  Expertise of Banking business and operations such as Trade Finance, Lending/Loan, Payment/Collection and Cash Management, Treasury and Market, Deposit, Accounting, etc.
  •  Solid Consultant skills: Logical Thinking, Issue Resolving, Communication, Facilitation in meeting and Documentation (using Microsoft excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  •  Good socialization skills, strong motivation to study and catch up of bank's various operations as BA and strong self-discipline and commitment to the project success.
  • Implementation experience and knowledge of Trade360, Oracle Flexcube, Murex, ACBS, Finastra GPP, Oracle ERP is a plus.
