The role

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated senior to build client relationships and consulting execution capacity in Singapore. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the energy sector, as well as a wide network within the Singapore energy industry, a commercial mindset, and good managerial skills. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company at an early stage. The position will require some travel across the Asia-Pacific region.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and insightful analysis of market trends and dynamics in the oil and energy industry, identifying potential opportunities and risks for our clients.
• Deliver high-quality, data-driven insights and recommendations to clients through written reports, presentations, and direct engagements.
• Collaborate with clients to provide tailored research and insights to meet their specific needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure consistent quality of work and growth for individuals.
• Actively participate in the development and improvement of Rystad Energy's products and services.
• Stay current with industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies to continually improve Rystad Energy's offering.

Candidates should have

• Candidate must have a permit to work in Singapore
• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a renowned educational institution
• 6 - 8 years of experience within the energy/consulting industry
• Strong commercial mindset and a can-do attitude
• Solid analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
• An established network within the energy industry in Singapore. Other networks within the region will be advantageous.
• Stellar professional track record and achievements
• Fluency in English
