About Us

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore’s inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the credit pre-screening, credit assessment, and credit approval processfor a commercial bank.
• Evaluate and approve, or escalate, transactions that are within delegated authority.
• Ensure detailed analysis and make sound credit decisions, reflecting the prevailing credit underwriting standards, policies, risk appetite, internal, and local regulatory requirements.
• Manage and ensure sound credit portfolio quality of corporate borrowers, ensuring early identification of potential problem accounts for close monitoring and early remediation.
• Stay up to date with market developments and initiate ad hoc review to mitigate risk of adverse impact on portfolio credit quality.
• Joint customer visit with business unit, as and when required.
• Work closely with auditors, business, and product units in relevant projects in the credit approver scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 10-15 years of credit approver experience with corporate lending in banks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to understand a situation and discuss for resolution.
• Ability to articulate a well-informed opinion and defend it.
• Good organisational skills, including stakeholder management, project management.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities concurrently.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
