Senior Crewing Executive (Offshore) - Energetic Workplace

Job Summary:

• Salary up to $6,000 + AWS + VVB
• Working Location: Central
• 5 days working day, 1 day WFH

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and assist Crewing Manager in crew management and compliance to regulatory requirements governing Company's vessels
• To ensure crew qualifications/documentation checked and verified prior to joining
• To ensure crew personal file created, updated and uploaded and recorded in POSEIDON
• Prepare Crew Matrix and compile crew documents for submission to client
• Handling all PNI case to compile and collate the cost and documentation
• Handling visas and ensuring legislation of crew certification are adhered
• Handling of flag state application and requirements
• To ensure the crewing functions are executed in compliance with the company IMS
• To ensure that crew shall be put through stringent appraisal process by respective vessel masters and/or appointed shore based superintendent
• To plan, coordinate and execute crew change for Company's vessels
• Handling crewing functions such as crew changes, crew sourcing, recruitment and retention
• To ensure crewing operations are in full compliance with the laws and regulations within the countries that we operate as well as the requirements of the charters
• To ensure joining crews have the necessary competency qualifications to adhere to all applicable regulations and clients requirements
• To build-up localisation ration for the SVS fleet
• Verify crewing expenses and punctual submission of accrual and weekly crewing reports

Requirement:

• Possess offshore experience is a must
