Senior Data Engineer | Investment Data Platform

Join a high-impact engineering team building the enterprise investment data platform that powers data-driven decision-making across a leading global investment firm.

What you'll do:

1. Design, build, and enhance scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions supporting investment professionals across the business.
2. Develop modern data platforms using Databricks , AWS , Python, PySpark, SQL, DBT, and Airflow.
3. Lead end-to-end delivery in an Agile/DevSecOps environment, leveraging GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
4. Drive best practices in data architecture, governance, data quality, and lakehouse design.
5. Partner closely with business stakeholders and mentor engineers to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

What we're looking for:

1. 8+ years of hands-on data engineering experience , ideally within financial services, asset management, or other data-intensive environments.
2. Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks and AWS or Azure or GCP is essential.
3. Proven experience with Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, SQL, DBT, Pandas, and modern data engineering frameworks.
4. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and Terraform.
5. Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
6. Strong system design, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
