Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll lead AI/ML initiatives to uncover customer insights, optimize operations, and personalize services. Your work will influence strategic decisions and unlock new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects, including Generative AI and LLMs.
• Build and deploy predictive models for customer journeys, eligibility, and cross-sell optimization.
• Analyze customer behavior across mobile, broadband, and entertainment services.
• Drive experimentation (A/B testing, uplift modeling, campaign analytics).
• Mentor junior data scientists and ensure best practices.
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data science/analytics (telecom/insurance a plus).
• Strong expertise in ML/statistical modeling, Generative AI, and LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Hadoop/Hive, Databricks, Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ML lifecycle tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
