Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional chairsideassistance for a wide range of procedures, including general dentistry,orthodontics, implants, and oral surgery.
 • Anticipate the dentist’s needs and ensure smooth, efficient workflow during treatments.
 • Deliver a warm, reassuring, and professional patient experience with excellent chairside manners.
 • Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain the highest infection control standards.
 • Support digital dentistry workflows,including intraoral scanning, radiographs, and clinical photography.
 • Maintain accurate clinical records and coordinate laboratory cases.
 • Assist with treatment discussionsto help patients feel informed and confident.
 • Mentor junior dental assistants and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of chairside dentalassisting experience.
 • Fluent in English and Mandarin(to serve our diverse patient base).
 • Excellent chairside mannerswith a warm, caring, and patient-focused attitude.
 • Positive, cheerful, andteam-oriented personality.
 • Proactive, responsible, andable to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
 • Strong commitment to high clinicalstandards and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• NITEC in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification.
 • Previous experience as a TreatmentCoordinator.
 • Background in airline, hospitality,or luxury service industry (highly valued).
 • Experience with digital dentistryworkflows.
