Job Summary

The Senior Design Manager will lead design teams to deliver innovative interior architecture solutions, manage workflows, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients to ensure projects meet Aston Design’s creative vision and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams through the full creative process to develop innovative interior architecture solutions tailored to client requirements
• Manage design workflows and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders to align project outcomes with business goals and design vision
• Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative team environment
• Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop to create and review design concepts and documentation
• Ensure all projects adhere to Aston Design’s standards of creativity, quality, and client satisfaction
• Work on-site in Singapore to oversee project execution and maintain direct client engagement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in the hospitality design industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing design boundaries
