Senior Designer (Hospitality)

The Company

Our client is a well-established international architectural firm.

The role

•        Manage and oversee interior design projects from concept development through execution.

•        Lead both conceptual planning and detailed design development stages.

•        Prepare design presentations, visual renderings, and project-related documentation.

•        Coordinate drawings, design documentation, and presentation materials for project delivery.

•        Collaborate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project implementation.

•        Carryout site inspections to track progress and address design or execution issues.

•        Mentor and support junior designers to maintain design quality and consistency.

The Requirements

•        Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.

•        At least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

•        Strong experience in project coordination and stakeholder liaison.

•        Proven background in hospitality interior design projects.

•        Well-versed in building regulations and interior design standards.

•        Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
