Senior Developer (Java/C#/C++) - AI initiatives - Tier one finance firm - Singapore

My client is in finance and they are seeking talented developers to join their greenfield AI project aimed at revolutionizing the way internal developers code. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure and frameworks that will empower their firm-wide tech initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

1. Innovate : Design and implement robust systems that integrate advanced AI models, thinking about LLMs, RAG etc.
2. Impact : Collaborate with a core engineering team to create solutions that have a multiplier effect across the organization.
3. Build : Work on a completely greenfield project, giving you the freedom to shape and define the architecture from the ground up.

Who You Are:

1. Strong Developer : You have 5 to 20 years of experience in software development, particularly with Java (Open to C# and C++ too). Python or Go would be a plus.
2. AI Enthusiast : While professional experience in AI is a plus, your passion for AI trends and theories is what truly matters. You’re eager to apply your knowledge practically.
3. Confident & Collaborative : You thrive in a team environment and are ready to tackle complex challenges with creativity and confidence.
