Senior Digital Marketing and Designer

You possess strong skills in social media visual creation and design, coupled with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies. Your role involves shaping impactful visual concepts and narratives for communication.

Responsibilities include:

Social Media Content Creation, Analysis, and Communication:

• Crafting marketing videos and images for various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Developing video stories, filming, and editing for approval prior to posting.
• Collaborating with influencers for campaigns.
• Planning and presenting social media calendars.
• Analyzing insights and campaign reports, providing regular reports to management.
• Tracking and engaging with leads and inquiries from social and marketing channels.

Graphic Design and Digital Content Production:

• Creating visual content for print and digital ads, as well as internal brochures.
• Assisting the marketing manager with visual content for newsletters and blog posts.
• Curating photographs and videos for the White Room Studio website.

Planning and Executing Marketing Campaigns:

• Collaborating with the marketing manager to identify customer needs and recommend new campaign topics.
• Promoting content across social networks and blogs, monitoring engagement.

We seek candidates with:

• At least 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in creative management.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating the ability to create diverse content for different brands and audiences.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure, recognizing the impact of work on a large audience.
• A multitasking mindset and dedication to responsibilities.
• Independent and driven approach to creative and analytical tasks.

Required skills:

• Proficiency in various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
• Experience with video creation tools like Adobe Premiere and content creation platforms such as Canva.
