Senior Digital Marketing Executive - Urgent Hire

Job Description

• Digital Strategy Development
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, incorporating a mix of channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Identify new opportunities and emerging trends in digital marketing to stay ahead of the curve and maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Campaign Management and Optimization
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Create independently and work with internal marketing team to create creative and appealing assets for digital campaigns, including ad creatives, social media graphics and video, and website visuals.
  • Work with media and influencers on collaborations and campaigns.
• Content Development and Management
  • Develop and plan social media calendar.
  • Develop compelling, engaging and in-trend digital content including copyrights for website copy, social media posts, emails , and internal and external communication message. 
  • Ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Analytics and Reporting
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital marketing channels to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing. Candidates with agency experience are welcome to apply.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Social Media platforms Ads and SEO tools.
• Experience using analytical tools or marketing automation platforms with data and figure oriented and strong performance-driven mindset. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling digital contents including website copy, social media posts, email marketing, and internal and external communication materials.
• Photography and videography creation skills
• Working knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva or CapCut.
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Self-motivated, strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Past employment at F&B or retail business would be preferred.
• Candidates with more work experience and skills may be considered for a Senior role.
