Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Senior Director APAC, Credit Risk to join our ever-evolving Worldpay Credit team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

The primary responsibility of the Worldpay Credit team is to review larger credit risk exposure accounts to ensure the merchant's credit fundamentals are adequate in relation to the potential exposure generated from the payment processing relationship. As a Senior Director Credit Risk, you will lead a team managing a risk portfolio and ensure credit risks and new business underwriting are managed in line with Risk Appetite.

About The Team
The Large Credit team works collaboratively across the business to support growth objectives while mitigating and managing risk. We are a dynamic and diverse team providing a significant positive impact for our stakeholders.

The primary responsibility of the Worldpay Credit team is to review larger credit risk exposure accounts to ensure the merchant's credit fundamentals are adequate in relation to the potential exposure generated from the payment processing relationship.

What you'll own as the Senior Director APAC, Credit Risk

• Manages a portfolio of credit risk including setting credit limits and collateral. Managing both existing customers and New Business
• Communicates effectively and professionally and influences internal and external clients
• Strong leadership and people management
• Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies.
• Recommends credit limits and handles special credit arrangements and problem accounts.
• Extensive experience with financial analysis
• Strong work ethic and strong sense of ownership
• Ability to creatively solve problems and achieve company objectives
• Other related duties as assigned.

What you'll bring

Skills and expertise needed to perform the job requirements listed above, at minimum:

• At least 10 years of experience analyzing and spreading financial statements, performing credit analysis and drafting credit memos
• Effective communication skills
• Strong leadership and people management
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to creatively solve problems and achieve company objectives
• Time management skills with ability to multitask
• Fluent in English, Mandarin / Cantonese

It's a bonus if you have

• Knowledge of merchant acquiring services and the payment processing industry
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar formal credit training
