Senior Drafter/Interior Designer

Job Summary

Lead the preparation and coordination of interior design drawings while supporting project execution from concept development through construction completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, shop drawings, and construction drawings.
• Develop space planning, layout proposals, and interior design concepts.
• Produce presentation materials, mood boards, and material selections.
• Coordinate drawings with clients, consultants, project managers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site measurements and verify existing site conditions.
• Review drawings for accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
• Coordinate revisions and maintain proper drawing documentation.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and design coordination meetings.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors on materials, finishes, and technical details.
• Mentor and guide junior drafters and designers.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to quality standards and project timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• AutoCAD knowledge and well versed is a Must.
• Adobe Illustrator/Sketch-Up knowledge and well versed will be an advantage
• Knowledge in other designing software will be an advantage
• Professional Cert/ Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Interior Design or any other related field
• Preferably to have 5years above in drafting and designing experience with strong analytical skill
• Ability to speak and write English and Chinese (for handling English and Chinese speaking associates)
• Able to work independently with responsibility to meet tight deadline.
