Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.\n\nResponsibilities and Tasks: \n \n\u2022 Establish and improve process condition and technology. \n\u2022 Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. \n\u2022 Establish and modify process management projects. \n\u2022 Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. \n\u2022 Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials. \n\u2022 Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues. \n \nRequirements: \n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, with min. 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor wafer fabrication. \n\u2022 Familiarity with Dry Etch wafer fabrication processes and LAM Kiyo/Flex tool start up is a must. \n\u2022 Extensive experience in using JMP software and data analysis and visualization is a must. \n\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/VBA) is a plus \n\u2022 Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiment, Engineering Statistical data analysis would be required. \n\u2022 Problem-solving mindset with a drive for finding effective solutions. \n\u2022 Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).\n\n * Additional Job Description \n\n\n\n\nMaximize yield by working on tools, the process, or wafer fabrication recipes. Troubleshoots wafer fabrication problems and perform root cause analysis. Works with other process areas to understand and control process deviations. Long-term investigation of defect issues may require extensive work with shift engineering and other functional areas. Evaluates products to ensure they meet the required design and performance specifications.
